Yes! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that we can began at your start time.
Drink plenty of water before and after your massage. Enjoy a hot Epson salt bath, foot soak or shower after your massage to release toxin’s. Give 24 hours for your body to process your the healing by being gentle to yourself.
Re-book your massage with-in 21 days to influence the 21 day muscle memory. You will create new healthy habits while gaining a maintenance plan versus a repair or recovery plan.
